SALMON & DILL CREAM CHEESE

Lashings of fresh Arla Cream Cheese layered with smoked salmon, radishes and dill make a simply delicious, and simply beautiful, brunch or lunch.

 

Time you need: 20 minutes

 

FILLING

  • 2 slices of sough dough bread
  • 50g Arla Natural Cream Cheese
  • ¼ lb of smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 or 2 radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp of chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice  
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

METHOD  

  1. Lightly toast the sourdough bread.
  2. Carefully spread the Arla Natural Cream Cheese on top, adding more if desired.
  3. Top with thinly smoked salmon slices.
  4. Garnish with thinly sliced radish and fresh dill.
  5. Add some black pepper and squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.

 

SERVING

Serve for a simple snack for brunch or lunch!
