Arla Protein Crepes

Yield: Two (2)

Prep time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup Arla® Protein Milk Drink 50% Less Sugar (Chocolate Flavoured)
  • 50g butter 

 

Method:

In a bowl, create a well with flour then add eggs, slowly whisking them into flour

Gradually add in Arla® Protein Milk, whisking to combine after each addition. Let mixture stand at room temperature for 30 to 40

In a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt butter. About 1/4 cup at a time, drop crepe mixture evenly onto pan, swirling it to evenly coat.

Cook 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1 minute more. Repeat with remaining mixture 

Serve crepes with your favourite healthy toppings (sliced seasonal fruits, grinded whole wheat biscuits, honey etc.)
